The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Fresh fruits and vegetables after delivery acceptance.
Perishable food items.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales unless defective.
To request a return or refund:
Contact KuluMart Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order ID.
Share photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product if requested.
Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
Damaged products.
Incorrect products delivered.
Missing products from an order.
Products unavailable after payment.
Duplicate payment transactions.
KuluMart reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through:
Original payment method.
UPI transfer.
Bank transfer.
Store credit (if applicable).
Refund processing may take:
UPI Payments: 3–5 business days
Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
Net Banking: 5–10 business days
Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days
Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Customers may cancel orders before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customer unavailable at the delivery location.
Incorrect contact information.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
KuluMart reserves the right to:
Reject fraudulent refund requests.
Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
